Job Description:
Operations is a tricky profile to explain. You have to run the processes that are built by the technical team. For that you need to understand the business part, technical part that runs the process in the back ground and of course how to run the process. It's an easy task if the system is well built and the client's data doesn't sway much from the agreed upon formats( which usually doesn't happen ).

An operations guy is also supposed to find out how the system can be enhanced so that operation cycle can be shortened and the performance is enhanced by using least possible resources.
It's just been a month since i was assigned a project , so I do not know how things exactly work. But this is what I have gathered from the training sessions that I have attended and whatever little work I have done for the company.

Experience at Work:
The company's policies are quite employee friendly. They treat you very well.
But working hours is a bit of a PROBLEM some times.

Advice to the juniors:
It's a good for people who want to pursue a career in consultancy.They have office in only 2 cities in India - Pune and Gurgaon
